We focus our efforts around 5 areas where we believe we can have a material impact
Environmental Sustainability is front and center in our purpose. Tackling the sustainability challenge cannot be done alone, we need to address it as a team sport and collaborate with all our stakeholders. We help clients on their sustainability sourcing projects and encourage our suppliers to adopt sustainable practices. We also walk the talk by reducing our energy consumption, limiting business travel and providing pro bono projects for sustainability engaged NGOs.
Inclusion and Diversity, are very important at Consulting Quest. We work hard towards creating a culture of equality. We believe that creativity and innovation spur from putting together diverse contributions. We care about each other indifferently from ethnicity, gender, religion or sexual preferences. We developed our own Code of Conduct and Suppliers Standards. Integrity is a mandatory attribute for any new hire and Anti-Corruption training is part of our on-boarding process. We proudly support and embed in our ways of working the UN Global Compact and its principles on Human Rights, Labour, Environment and Anti-Corruption.
We consider Privacy, Confidentiality and Data Security as must have to be in our business. As such, we are constantly improving our practices to keep the trust of customers. Our policies are fully compliant with the latest regulatory standards (GDPR, …) and our applications have been developed using state of the art security features (double authentication, data encryption, ….). The security training is part of our on boarding process and certificates have to be renewed on a regular basis.
