The Context

Several companies were in contact with Consulting Quest for an assessment of the maturity of their consulting procurement. The objective was to benchmark consulting spend to assess the resources allocated to consulting and to review the practices around consulting procurement to measure the maturity and define improvement actions to either contain costs or do more within the same envelope.

  • Consulting Quest defined Consulting Spend discrepancies vs benchmark (up to 1% vs top line / $100M) and Consulting Procurement Maturity gaps.
  • For each client, we designed a customized key action plan to improve the value created through Consulting (Specific RFP Process, Demand Management, Make vs Buy, …).
