We are hiring a Presentation & Visual Storytelling Designer to lead the creation of high-impact slide decks and visual assets that support our content, brand positioning, and thought leadership.
This is not a basic PowerPoint operator role. We are looking for someone who can translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling narratives.
📌 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
You will work closely with the founder and content team to design world-class presentations, pitch decks, keynote decks, and strategic visuals aligned with our YouTube and LinkedIn presence. Your work will directly influence how our ideas are perceived.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality presentation decks (keynotes, workshops, investor decks, strategy decks)
• Transform raw ideas, outlines, or transcripts into structured visual stories
• Create clean, modern slide layouts with strong typography and hierarchy
• Develop visual systems, templates, and brand-consistent frameworks
• Design infographics, charts, and data visualizations
• Collaborate with video/content team for visual consistency across slides, thumbnails, and social assets
• Improve narrative flow and slide logic — not just aesthetics
• Maintain and evolve brand design standards
✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
• 3+ years of experience in presentation / visual design
• Strong portfolio of high-end business decks (consulting, startup, executive, keynote)
• Expert-level PowerPoint / Keynote skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts visually
• Experience designing for founders, executives, or consulting environments
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
⭐ 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞
• Experience working with consulting firms, VCs, or startup founders
• Understanding of storytelling frameworks
• Data visualization expertise
• Motion design skills for animated slides
• Ability to build design systems/templates

₹8L – ₹10 L per year (depending on experience and portfolio strength)
